专利摘要:
A pistol shooter arm support (1) consists of an elongated body (10) having a first support surface (6) for the shooter's shoulder region, and a handle (15) for the shooter's hand at the forward end (7). The handle (15) forms a forwardly open second support surface (17, 18) for receiving the recoil during firing. The handle (15) forms a forwardly open trough (16) into which the contour of the rear part of the handle (5) of a gun (2) fits. Handle (15) and the handle (5) of the gun (2) are covered by the shooter's hand together. The support (1) can contain overmolded metal parts of various types, such as a metal pin (20) or a knife blade (21). 公开号:AT514689A4 申请号:T290/2014 申请日:2014-04-23 公开日:2015-03-15 发明作者:Wilhelm Bubits 申请人:Wilhelm Bubits; IPC主号:
专利说明:
SUPPORT FOR THE ARM OF A PISTOL PROTECTOR The invention relates to a support for the arm of a pistol shooter, formed from an elongated body, the rear end having a first support surface for leaning against the shoulder region of the shooter. Known stop shafts for pistols are removably attached to the handle or on the housing of each gun. This gives the pistol shooter the benefits of a standard rifle, such as increasing accuracy. Such stop shafts are known, for example, from US Pat. No. 8,438,771 or US Pat. No. 4,291,482. Applicant's patent AT 410141 describes a stop stem whose lower strut engages a specially created guide of the gripping piece and whose upper strut forms a contact surface for the gripping piece. Because the shooter's hand only covers the handle of the gun in use, the stability of the joint is limited by the flexural stiffness of the lower strut. All of these stop shafts have the disadvantage that their assembly and disassembly require a certain skill or an increased training effort. This can be a problem in the application. Furthermore, such stop shafts are to be fastened so that the return of the carriage is not hindered. This either interferes with the feel of the handle (see US 8,438,771) or requires design measures on the gun (see US 4,291,482). These stop shafts are earmarked in conjunction with a pistol. It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a replacement for a stop shaft according to the prior art, which can be used without loss of time. It should be such that it does not have to be mounted on the gun and can also be used for other purposes. According to the invention, this replacement is only a support between the hand of the shooter and the shoulder region. At the forward end of the support there is formed a handle for the hand of the shooter and a forwardly open second support surface for receiving the entire rearward reaction force of the gun. The shooter holds so first the stop shaft itself, which absorbs the recoil and thus, above all, the hand of the shooter quiet. At the same time, the hand of the shooter also includes the handle of the gun and holds the two parts connected. In a preferred embodiment, the support forms in its front region an upper and a lower strut, the front ends of which are connected to the handle so that there is a clearance between the struts and the handle, the handle forming a trough open to the front into which the contour of the rear part of the handle of the pistol fits. The space receives the shot hand of the shooter, so that he can include the handle with one hand, together with the handle of the rear part of the handle. Handle and support are held together by the shooter's hand, so that no further connection element and no bolt is required. If the support is no longer needed, only the shooter's hand needs to be opened slightly, and the support is released. The spatially curved handle connected to the body of the post by means of the upper and lower struts is so stiff that it can absorb the entire recoil. Preferably, the support is a molded plastic part containing overmolded metal parts. These can serve the reinforcement of the support or other purposes, such as rescue operations. In an advantageous embodiment, the support has an overmolded hard metal part, which protrudes transversely to the longitudinal direction near the first support surface of it. The protruding part may be pointed and would also be suitable for smashing a glass sheet or generally for use as a hammer. Both could be used after a traffic accident in the recovery of vehicle occupants. In a further advantageous embodiment, the support receives as a molded metal part a knife blade, which projects into a U-shaped slot of the support. The knife blade is suitable for cutting safety belts when recovering vehicle occupants. The cutting edge of the blade forms an acute angle with the slot in order to be able to make a so-called pulling cut. An advantageous development is that the U-shaped slot is arranged in the longitudinal direction of the body of the support near its rear end and open to the front. Thus, the support can be detected on the handle and the cut by pulling the handle are performed. Due to the maximum distance between the handle and the blade can also be intervened, for example, in a burning vehicle. It is also within the scope of the invention that the U-shaped slot and the knife blade are protected by means of a cover member. This also protects the user from injury and can be removed quickly. The cover can also be designed as a whistle. Furthermore, it is within the meaning of the invention that the support for all handguns, including turrets, submachine guns and rifles of any kind, can be used. Knife blades or metal inserts can also be used in other ways in the support, for example screwed or pinned. Also, the support can be made of any materials. In the following the invention will be described and explained with reference to figures. They show: 1: A pistol with the support according to the invention in side view, Fig. 2: The support of FIG. 1 alone in side view, partially cut to IV-IV, 3: The support of FIG. 1 from the front, 4: The support of FIG. 1 alone in plan view, with the partial section IV-IV, 5 shows a detail of FIG. 2. In Fig. 1, the support according to the invention is summarily denoted by 1 and a gun with 2. The visible parts of the gun 2 are a housing 3, a carriage 4 and a handle 5. The support 1 has a rear support surface 6, which in use rests in the shoulder area of the shooter, and at its front end 7, a second support surface. Here, as below, is meant to the front with the front and with the rear, which turned to the shooter side. It consists essentially of an elongated body 10, a rear part 11 and a front part 12. The body 10 is in the illustrated Ausfährungsbeispiel a vertical position in use position with edge stiffeners 9. The rear Part 11 has the contour of a rifle stock and ends in the support surface 6. In the front part 12, the body 10 branches into an upper strut 13 and a lower strut 14, the front ends pass into a connecting handle 15. With reference to FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the handle 15 will now be described in more detail. For this purpose, a section IV-IV is guided by the handle 15. The handle 15 is hollow and forms a trough 16 which is open towards the front. Its vertical contour is indicated by a dashed line in FIG. It corresponds to that of the handle 5 of the gun 2. Their horizontal contour is indicated in Fig. 4 with 18 and corresponds to that of the handle 5 of the gun 2. The contours 17,18 form a second support surface. Thus, the grip of the pistol is positively in the trough 16, so that the recoil force is initiated over a large area in the handle 15 and thus in the support 1. Side walls 19 provide the handle 5 and lateral support. The hand of the shooter engages around the handle 15 and the handle 5 of the gun together, the hand of the shooter is partially in the open between the struts 13,14 and the handle 15 space 8. In Fig. 2, further details can be seen. The support 1 is preferably a molded plastic part with overmolded metal parts 20,21. A metal pin 20 is disposed in the vicinity of the first support surface 6 on the underside of the rear part 11 of the support 1. If the support 1 is held on the upper strut 13 or lower strut 14, 20 glass panes can be smashed with the metal pin. Likewise, at the top of the rear part 11, a metal part in the form of a hammer surface (not shown) may be provided. A metallic knife blade 21 is arranged at the transition of the body 10 of the support egg in the rear part 11. The overmolded part of the knife blade 21 is shown by dashed lines. Its oblique cutting edge extends in an elongated slot 22 which extends in the longitudinal direction of the body 10 and which is open to the front. This seat belts can be cut by holding the support 1 on the handle 15 and this is pulled against the resistance of a belt. In Fig. 2, the slot 21 is closed with a cover 23. The arrow X points to the detail without the cover 23rd Finally, FIG. 5 also shows the cover part 23. It consists of two interconnected limbs 25 with a recess 24 for the knife blade 21 between them. The cover part 23 can furthermore be designed as a signal or whistle, which is not explained in detail.
